Reflections 2022
The year 2022 is in its December days. This is the time of the year to reflect on the year gone by and to prepare to welcome the arriving year. This is especially relevant to us as Yoga Practitioners. How did we fare in Year 2022? What are our learnings? What is it that we need to hone into? These are some questions which we need to reflect upon as we get ready to welcome the New Year.
As we reflect on this year, we, at SSYRF find it to be very fulfilling and gratifying. Inspired by the life and teachings of Paramahamsa Swami Satyananda Saraswati, we undertook various yogic activities aimed at self-improvement through nishkaam seva (selfless service) across different strata of society.
This is the central theme of SSYRF. Bearing this philosophy in mind, we engaged in Satyam Gram Samvardhan activities in Pune and Thane districts of Maharashtra, India and Satyam Atma Samvardhan activities online as well as in Pune and Thane districts of Maharashtra, India.
We feel happy to share that SSYRF successfully conducted over 60 activities spread throughout the year. Some of them are:-
