REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Courses and Classes:

The Registration Fees paid for the courses or classes will be non-refundable and non transferrable to other persons. In exceptional cases, at the discretion of the Company, the registration fees may be kept in credit and used for the same person for a later day course. This will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

Cancellation and Refunds:

In event of cancellation of  a  participant from a course, 

a. Cancellation before 1 week (7 working days) of commencement of the course, will incur 10% cancellation fees and the rest will be refunded to the payee account in 7 to 10 working days

b. Cancellation within 1 week (7 working days) before of commencement of the course will incur 50% cancellation fees and the rest will be refunded to the payee account in 7 to 10 working days. 

c. Cancellation after the commencement of the course will not receive any refunds.
